The Challenge

This dashboard UI was designed to help real estate agents from networks like Capifrance manage their leads, properties, appointments, and sales analytics from a single interface.


Approach & Solution

The goal of this project was to streamline the workflow of real estate professionals by centralizing information. It aims to reduce friction in everyday tasks such as managing property files, tracking lead status, and preparing for appointments, consult your calendar, possibility of consulting analytics and generating personalized messages to leads with AI.

To understand user frustrations, I analyzed feedback from leading property apps like SeLoger and Bien'ici using AppFollow to identify key issues: complex navigation, poor visibility of property statuses, and weak data insights. To address these, I applied Jakob Nielsen's usability heuristics to ensure clear system status and prioritized recognition over recall with intuitive icons. Key features introduced were a visual sales pipeline, a merged list/map view to centralize information, and a 'Done for the day' feature for better task management.
